ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) methods, including Mediation and Arbitration, are an effective alternative to judicial proceedings and allow us to resolve disputes outside the courts. We advise and assist our clients in all types of ADR procedures. We have accredited mediators in civil and commercial matters on our team and some of our lawyers are appointed to act as arbitrators and represent our clients in arbitration proceedings, both nationally and internationally.
